No flowers delivered on mother's day

We ordered flowers for mother's day. They were not delivered. The florist said they attempted delivery but we have video proof that the doorbell on delivery day was never rang. They neither left a missed thuis card neither called us. My guess is that they were short of stock and did not have it available on that day

Ordered a week ago and did not get any…

Ordered a week ago and did not get any update or eta for shipping. After contacting by phone the customer service they have been super helpful with the shipping issue.
