Poor Service
I ordered a case of wine in early December for Christmas. A week before Christmas, I rang up to be told my order had not been processed, but it would be given priority. It finally arrived on 22nd January. The courier dumped it on my back doorstep without informing me. It rained all night and when I found the box in the morning , the bottom fell out and two bottles broke. Despite informing Giordano nearly a week ago, I have had no response from them.

Glasses did not give clear vision for reading. Second free pair was not sent

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive the free pair along with your order.
Upon looking at your account we can see that only one pair was selected when the order was placed. The free pair doesn't come automatically as customers can choose any frame up to the same value as the first; you don't have to choose an identical pair.
Please let us know your choice of frame and lens specifications for the second pair (excluding Premium) and we will process them for you. Please note that we only supply basic single vision lenses free with the second pair so if you want any extra tints or coatings these will be charged extra.
We have also emailed asking further information regarding your reading pair so we can ensure they can be corrected.
We do apologise again for any inconveniences. If there's anything else we can help you with, especially with the free pair or returns, please do let us know.
