I just started. It feels good. Some of the recommendations are articles you can read. The suggested time doesn’t really fits. I also provided feedback to recap the content from the day before. My feedback is heard and forwarded. I will continue and provide later an overview or fresh review when i finish the current plan. First thing good quality, very good support, lots of content you can but don’t have to read. If you can make time for yourself each day it is worth it. Glad I found the app.

I have to add a comment! I’m thrilled about the comfort of those shoes. I had my achilles tender raptured in 2018. Since then I’m looking hardly for comfortable shoes like these. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable shoes. Light not the heavyweight shoes. Nice colour like the picture I saw when ordering. Closing fits and size 40 (my size is in between 39 and 40) was exactly right for me. I would recommend this to other customer.
