Definitely not a “buy any home vibe”

Couldn’t stick to an appointment time. Just received a barrage of endless calls.
When I did speak to someone it was just a bunch of awkward questions.
“Why’s your house not sold?”
“What’s the story?”
“You’re not that desperate are you?” Still no idea what the offer would be or how it works or anything about the process. Even asked me who my property is listed with. Surely could have checked that before calling??? Would not recommend.

Mostly the seats are just awful

Mostly the seats are just awful, I know it’s a convenient way to travel economically to London but those seats are awful. So uncomfortable, and I travel Montrose to London daytime often and I’ve never felt so sore. Add to this the excessive lighting and the staff who while super friendly and helpful and unaware of the noise they make especially this on the platform. Not sure I should be able to hear ground staff through noise cancelling headphones when I’m in the carriage and they’re not.
I used to travel this train often over 10 years ago and the chairs were much better then.
Clearly an escapade in economic benefits without further thought. Has the executive team ever sat in them?? I bet not.

As you rightly point out, it is a convenient and cost effective way to travel between Scotland and London and we do have lots of repeat customers who choose to travel this way, avoiding the need to pay for expensive airport transfers and a night in a hotel. We dim the lights in our seated coach as much as possible but can't switch them off completely for safety and security purposes. You shouldn't have been able to hear conversations on the platform and we're sorry for disturbing your sleep. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant teams and we'll remind them of the need to be less noisy when people are trying to sleep.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback even though you didn't enjoy the experience. We hope you do decide to travel with us again and if you do, you may meet a membership of our management team as they do travel with us frequently in all classes of accommodation.

Refuse to transfer credit

Account in extreme credit. Asked for it to be transferred over 2 weeks ago. Still hasn’t been done. They just keep stalling and making lame excuses. Not only that but they categorically avoid being open and transparent.

I hope you are well.
I am sorry to hear that you feel there has been excuses or that your refund has been stalled.
When we process refunds they usually take around 7 - 10 working days but if the amount is quite large this can take a little longer due to checks that are in place.
From what I have seen and checked from your account I can see that your refund has been marked as paid which I hope you can see on your statement.
I would like to apologise for the timeframe it has taken for this to take.

Refuses Warranty

Awful company. No one ever responds to emails. Refuses to fix broken machines that are in warranty. Do not buy their machines. Absolute con.

Worst maintained property ever

As a new tenant I moved onto a property with a toilet that didn’t flush, a moldy washing machine, a back door that didn’t lock and a leaking roof. Would not recommend as a landlord or a tenant.

Just an absolute joke company.

Just an absolute joke company.
No one ever responds to emails.
When you do finally get a hold of someone it’s all copy and paste responses.
Totally misold the product, doesn’t have some features I was told it would. Takes way more work to set up than other channel managers.
Avoid at all costs.

Unprofessional and messy

I have to say, I quite disappointed.

I had been promised that someone from the customer service department would be in touch and no one has.

I have to say you’re now coming across as quite an unprofessional setup all together.

Wrong dates and other details on itinerary at times, clearly chunks of it copied and pasted with no effort at personalisation. Two of our booked trips absolutely not as advertised with no effort to fix or anyone personally taking ownership or apologising yet getting hounded by emails for a review, no vouchers sent for airport transfers leaving us embarrassed and scrambling for codes. We had to continually chase our tour company for times in South Africa. Our tours were clearly booked through Expedia as per the vouchers which means we’ve paid for two middle companies, don’t understand why you didn’t do the work.

First time I’ve ever used any sort of travel agent and it’ll definitely be the last. Don’t know what the breakdown in prices were but gonna say not value for money.
