Terrible customer service
My air purifier-humidifier stopped detecting water tank after 1 year. I have to contact customer service 4 times. They told me that the service is scheduled and I should receive a shipping label shortly, but that didn't happen. The most annoying part is that the agents copy-paste the same messages and suggest me to sell-back my broken machine to get % off and by a new one. It's ridiculous! How could the company expect me to buy a new device if my old one broke just after 1 year, moreover having such a terrible service for such high price!!!
That was definitely my last purchase from Dyson.
