don't qualify for most surveys
I get surveys every day but often do not qualify for most of them. The rewards are okay but I wish you could add more for fast food places and other stores such as meijers, krogers, etc.

I wish I would qualify for more surveys. Too often I seem to get to the end and see sorry we closed the survey, you didn't qualify, your answers are not what we want or some other excuse not to give me credit. would love to see some fast food and grocery store rewards.

My account with valued opinion surveys (run by dynata) has been deactivated again and they refuse to give me a real specific reason what I did wrong. They only say I violated their policy but not which one or what I did. I contacted the BBB and they closed the complaint due to dynata not working with me and them and dynata says my acct. is permanently gone. I did NOTHING wrong. I have read others have been deactivated because when they clicked on an email letting them know there was a survey to take they got a warning they had already taken the survey and if it happens again they will be deactivated. I got that message a few times but since I clicked on a link the company sent me I had no way of knowing I had already taken the survey. I assumed all emails with a survey link are new surveys. That is the only reason I can see why they deactivated my acct. Usually they reinstate my acct. after I contact BBB but this time they refused. They have done this to me before with valued opinion surveys and e reward surveys. This seems to be a very common problem with dynata deactivating accts. There are many complaints about this business. I wish there was more we could do to get this business investigated.

As usual they have deactivated my account for violating their terms. I have done NOTHING wrong but they will not respond to why they did this. This happens every few years with one or more of my accounts that uses dynata. They never notify you when they do this and you won't know until you try to log in and can't. There are many complaints with the BBB.

I feel now that I am over 60 I do not qualify for surveys as often. I get to the end of a survey to see I don't qualify, survey full or another reason to not get points. There is one particular survey that no matter what I do I never qualify anymore when I used to always qualify when I took it. Now when I see it I close out and don't waste my time on it. There needs to be more rewards. Too often the one I could use is out of stock. Toluna is so-so now but occasionally I will get a very interesting survey so I continue to try to qualify.

Too often I click on the link and get an error. I don't qualify for many surveys. I get to the end of the survey to see sorry, you don't qualify or survey full or some other excuse not to pay me for my time/answers. I am an older lady but I do HAVE OPINIONS and experience with many things. Seems since I turned 60 my opinions are not needed/wanted much. I don't mind the screening questions but when I spend time answering specific questions and get to the end and don't get credit then I feel you are still using my answers.
Sometimes questions need don't know, not applicable, prefer not to answer as choices. for example I don't work but there will be questions about my job. I don't work is sometimes not an option. I don't have a cell phone but sometimes companies want to send a code to a cell phone to verify who I am. I have had companies send codes to landline and email but there are some who only send to a cell phone so I can't get it that way. I hope you do read these comments. I appreciate taking surveys and some have been very very interesting. I like giving my opinion and I do hope it can help in some way.

Many times I don't qualify for a survey. I will get a message my answers cannot be saved because someone thinks I did something wrong. I read each question and answer as honestly as I can. Sometimes a question requires an answer and does not have not applicable or none as a choice so I am forced to pick an answer to continue with the survey. Some surveys never load or freeze. I feel I spend too much time trying to qualify for surveys and get very little in return.
Maybe things will get better with opinion world now that survey spot is gone. I did earn more points with survey spot than with opinion world.
