A very pleasant chap called Stephen Taylor job 14206127 came to clear out the stop tap in the street only to find the tap was broken and he could not turn the water back on! He quickly arranged for a team to come and fix it and I am waiting for them to come. He was very polite and helpful throughout his visit and gave me bottles of water before he left. Thank you Steve

I have used WOB on several occasions and have always found the swiftness and efficiency exceptioally good.

I chose a Beko oven because I already have three other Beko appliances - fridge, dishwasher and washing machine - which have not given me any trouble. The only snag was that the oven was 0.5cm too tall to fit into the space where my previous oven had been so had to get a handyman to adjust it! Better to check even though you will be assured by the seller that they are all the same height.

The sale, the salesperson, the choice, the delivery were perfect but the oven was 0.5cm too tall to fit so now need to find someone to lower the base !! I was assured that the ovens were all the same height even after 25 years.

The young lady who served me was pleasant, helpful and took time to make sure that I got what I wanted from the special offers available. A great experience, thank you.

I like the quality but sizing is a problem for me. As a sze 10 I never know which size to choose when sizes are combined. Order size 10/12 which is obviously big enough for 12 or go for size 8 which should be too small. Had to return and re order but had to pay more as price had gone up!! Need to have clear sizing and I would buy more clothing from Landsend.

Easy to order and rapid delivery. However, I was disappointed by packaging for my jars of sauce etc, They arrived rolling around in a cardboard box with virtually no packing. Unbelievably nothing was broken.
