Wasn’t delivered on time

Paid for next day delivery - nearly £8 for a card not to arrive next day. I must be the unlucky 3%.

Flooring not great quality

The company are fine, floor arrived on time not damaged etc. the u feel at is very good and easy to use. The floor we purchased doesn’t actually click together properly which is such a shame as the finished result isn’t perfect.
