Chef Laurie made our special day…

Chef Laurie made our special day perfect
Amazing communication and careful listening to our needs throughout our consultation and planning prior to our wedding. His genuine personality put
us at ease and we knew we had made the perfect choice.
Chef Laurie demonstrated a genuine passion for creating bespoke dishes to celebrate our special day and wow our guests.
Catering for a spectrum of dietary requirements with our extensive guests
Including gluten free, dairy free and vegan, Chef Laurie created a truly genius
Array of flavours, a feast for all.
Feedback from our guests was amazing especially in terms of those with specific dietary needs.
Our Guests enjoyed “Dreamy arancini “ tantalising tortellini
The best cannoli I have ever tasted
I highly recommend Chef Laurie he delivered in full on a fine dining experience
to make our special day Perfect 5stars

No product received No support or Communication

I chose this website as it appeared to be a website for small businesses artists and creators making unique products. However No product received as of 17/02/25 ordered 21/11/24 order #UK1433139
No communication despite patient emails requesting support as to why I did not receive my item.
Tracking on app terrible and inaccurate stating package still in transit. Then stated “Stolen” then “Delivered”
Obviously NOT delivered! Made Printerval aware of all the above with screenshots as evidence
Contacted the website on numerous occasions initially auto reply stating “our customer support team is eager to help and will reach out ASAP” a week later no update followed up still no response. Also suggesting “please just send once, receiving multiple emails on the same issue may delay our response” hilarious how long should I wait and what is a reasonable delay as not had a response from the “eager to help” team
Feels like they just took £31 from me with no product and don’t care or want to resolve the matter.
I don’t usually write negative reviews but feel people should be aware before purchasing from this website that if there is an issue with your purchase it’s difficult to find support and resolve. The time and effort I have taken over this matter is way more than the cost of the item.

Horrible experience followed by terrible customer service

Sadly have to give 1star not even worthy of that. After an awful experience in terms of opting for a more environmentally sustainable carbon neutral more expensive service which proved to be quite the opposite.
Appalling customer service and in terms of resolution offering to only charge me for standard delivery despite not actually delivering my package.
Shocking customer service. A lack of understanding of doing the right and proper thing and still trying to make a profit no matter how small.
I write this not because I like to complain but in the hopes that someone will read this and the many others 1 star reviews of terrible service and think before purchasing anything from this company

Paid £12 for next day carbon neutral…

Paid £12 for next day carbon neutral delivery. The package was delayed.
Left instructions for delivery these were ignored. Parcel dropped off then dropped off at pick up location for me to collect. Contacted customer service for refund of delivery charge pointing out they had not met 24 hours delivery or followed instructions. Told there was nothing could be done

Amazing,professional,uncomplicated service. This was my first self assessment and it was made simple and completed super quickly. Fantastic support from the Ilkley team throughout the process.
With one meeting I was clear about what was needed and what I was able to claim against tax.
A highly professional experience that I would recommend to anyone who works as a sole trader or self employed. 5 stars
