I cannot speak too highly of this company who I have worked with for over two years.
I have had some serious medical issues and the responses received have been above and beyond helpful. Thank you to all concerned at Anchorage Chambers.

Very impressed by this young man who is polite, helpful and very knowledgable. He took time to explain everything required and helped sort an issue with my tv connection.

Goods still not delivered

Goods still not delivered. Driver Marcus told my son (recipient) he would ring his boss and then turned van round and drove off. Complained to ArrowXL who gave hopeless answer and still no delivery date.
I will never use ArrowXL again and will be advising Amazon to do the same.

Kayleigh L has been working on my son’s account. He is a vulnerable adult and Kayleigh has shown a sympathy and understanding for PTSD.
In four weeks she has resolved all outstanding issues in a friendly and timely manner.

What a refreshing change to find a bank that puts the Customer first. So many features designed to help you. I particularly like the advance notice of payments due as it’s so easy these days to forget.
Great support when I had an issue.
