Good selection, good price, good delivery

Really pleased with my raised beds. A minor problem, the larger ones were not as robust as the smaller one - thinner metal, no bracing struts supplied (I made my own out of wood), and smaller nuts & bolts holding them together. I guess they were from different suppliers? Very easy to assemble. Delivery slightly slow, but not majorly so. These two factors meant I have given a 4- rather than a 5-star review.

Usual excellent service for holiday money. I nearly always used TravelFX, the exchange rates are always competitive. Money arrives within a day or two by post.

Very easy to download return delivery information. The locker worked great.

Easy to order on line. First delivery notified quickly and arrived on time. Hayloft has also given me an indication when the balance of other plants will be delivered. I have used them before and have j had previous good service. I can recommend them for buying plants.

Good site to get spares for my stove. Easy to follow site & good search function got me the correct part.

Appliance World Online had what I wanted, delivered within 48 hrs and it arrived on time. The Teknik freezer seems to be working well, so far. Only one complaint. The clear plastic on the front of the drawers is very thin and one cracked during installation! Still trying to contact supplier to see if they can replace foc.

Few problems with bookings - except that the site seemed to want to go back to Fishguard to Rosslare, when we were trying to book Dublin to Holyhead? Think that might have been a glitch in the link?
I liked the fact that you could enter you car make & reg. and it had all the info on car height & length etc.
Extra options were also well laid out and easy to add to the price. All in all, we can recommend this site for booking ferries to Ireland.

Fantastic service from Melissa at LuxTripper booking our Kenyan safari for next year. We had lots of questions and wanted to make many changes to our itinerary, but nothing seemed to be too much trouble - so we have now got our trip of a lifetime. The camps/lodges look amazing and the itinerary has been tailor-made just for us. Melissa's knowledge of safari and Kenya was invaluable and it was obvious she had both lived and worked in Africa as well. Thank you Melissa & LuxTripper - we can't wait!

I cannot fault the Customer Service of this company - it has been exemplary. They have been very understanding of the many changes I have made to the policy as a result of the pandemic over the last 18 months. They have given excellent and rapid response communications. Although I have had to cancel the policy, they have not queried the reasons and have arranged a refund straight away.
The travel insurance policies suit us down to the ground and they accommodate our medical needs as required. The prices are also competitive.
We will certainly be going back to them next year when we can (hopefully), finally travel to France for a holiday.

Very pleased with Towbar Express. Fitter phoned to say what time he was arriving, which helped with planning the day. The fitter was friendly and courteous. Job was done with no fuss and extremely efficiently. Except for a swan neck now sticking out of the back of the car, you would not know that any work had been done. Boot was left exactly as it was found. If you follow the pre-fitting advice, then you should have no problems, as is reported in some other reviews. AND...a very competitive price. Excellent communications via emails. Thanks for a job well done!
