I was told someone would show up at 12noon, but no one did. I followed up at 12:45pm. I called back at 1:45pm only to be hung up on over and over. They'd pick up the phone, and immediately hang up.

They did so 10 times. I consider myself lucky considering the experiences I've read on this site.

Placed an order and you won’t provide a telephone number for directly customer service. I am going to advise my cc of this problem.

This is not how business should be done.
