I'm currently without a car and payment!

A few weeks ago, I advertised on carwow and sold my car through one of carwow's "preferred" car dealership. Since my car collection, I have had no communication on why my payment has not been made, no Papertrail/evidence on its safe delivery. I call up daily to carwow for an update/escalation, as I have no money to buy my new car. I have a 1 year daughter, so this has made my lack of transport even more stressful.
So today, I get an email to remind me to rate their service, so honestly, I would never use this service again, their lack of accountability to even provide adequate help for me when I call them daily is poor. Their bored customer service rep's make empty promises and do not follow through. 1 star is even too generous.

Amazing smelling scents, affordable prices.
I've been buying from S&K scents for years now. I love how they experiment with new scents and always pop a sample of any upcoming scents. They are a small business that manage to make each of their customers feel catered to. I had an email from Denise and David, refunding me a discount from my order, as it was my birthday recently.

I've been with Octopus (formally known as Bulb) for over 6 years now and I can't fault them.
I recently was thinking of changing tariff within the company and I wanted to speak to speak to someone about that.
I spoke with Kameron who explained to me clearly and concisely the pros and cons on each tariff. I was able to then make an informed decision.
Kameron was extremely helpful and patience. It is nice to speak to a customer service rep based in the UK, so there wasn't any miscommunicated barrier.

I've been purchasing from this company for a couple of years now. Smith & Kennedy wax melts are amazing, leaving my house smelling so good. Their melts are affordable and they are always coming out with new flavours to try.
They are quick with their delivery and there is always a bonus sample wax they add to your delivery. Compared to their competitors, this company is the one you want to go to

I purchased the skinny salad dressing, and also the pancake sauce, and honestly, it is the most disgusting thing i have tasted. If you like the taste of overpowering artifical sweetener then this is for you.

I've recently purchased a house and was advised on the benefits of installing a combi boiler. I was recommended Glow Green by Daniel an engineer who works for the company.
Adam the engineer who came to install my valiant eco pure boiler, was professional, courteous and efficient.
He explained everything he would be doing in a simple terminology. He completed the job within 3 days, staying late saturday evening to ensure it was done within the required time. I would thoroughly recommends Adam professionalism to anyone.

My first time using this service after it was recommended.
I pay extra for the removal van to come at a specific time. They came 2 hours late, which I wasn't impressed about. They were very quick but when dissembling my dining chair and table, they didn't put it properly together again. I'm still missing a box which I later found was left behind. Not a great experience especially with the cost they charge.

My first time using this car leasing service and the account manager Gary made the process easy, from start to finish I got my car within 3 weeks. My account manager was always responsive, answered any questions or concern and was a pleasure to deal with

The downside of this company is the extremely poor administration team. From the start a number of clerical errors were made from registering my name incorrectly to the DVLA, incorrect bank details on my finance forms, my missing car manual which was promised and never sent.

All in all the company is good and I would of scored higher if I wasn't still chasing for outstanding admin issues!
