Sent package and then got email saying…

Sent package and then got email saying two dimensions were 14cm and 11cm smaller than declared but the other was a whopping 1cm too much, and could I pay extra plus £2.50 penalty.
I measured the package when I sent it and it seemed to be as declared, but no evidence of the size was given, no contact details to query, noreply email etc. If the package had been squashed it might have become a little longer?
No doubt if I spent long enough I could find a phone number to ring and be told how important my call was for half an hour.

I've had the I2W in for a few months…

I've had the I2W in for a few months now, and it works beautifully. I don't really understand how to set it all up, but Paul goes beyond the call of duty to help, and is a mine of information on this product and other products that interact with it. Linked to a battery storage system I ran my entire house including all hot water, hot tub and two electric vehicles in July for around £6. The I2W seems to react very rapidly and saves every last bit of energy.
