The engineer was very understanding that my wife had died a few days ago.

Having just lost my wife of 30 years, I appreciated the Engineer’s understanding of the situation. He completed the work swiftly and quietly, explained what he had done.
Couldn’t ask for a better engineer.

What a product!!

What a product!!
Thank you to everyone at ecoblaze for coming up with such a great fire-starter.
Worth far more than five stars!

And NO - I don’t work for them!!

I’ve been using ecoblaze for just over a year. Two fire-lighting seasons and they have never failed to create a live and energetic fire in my closed burner - and at the first time of asking, too.

They are clean and ready to use. I buy mine by the box and am more than happy to keep the box in full view, in the lounge - not hidden away in a cupboard under the stairs. Being all cardboard, the box can be recycled as well.

The “power” that these little guys release will start a fire for me, within just a few seconds, depending on the logs. I’m using two or three at a time - each time successful.

They are brilliant and I will never buy anything else!!

Fantastic Rangemoors do it again!!

Our solid fuel stove has lived in our lounge for more than the 25 years we have lived here. I’d replaced a couple of parts, about 15 years ago, and now the Belfort was beginning to show its age - again!
Rangemoors had supplied the parts before so I thought I would go back to them.
SUCCESS!
Within three days I had a big, very heavy parcel delivered with all 5 of the parts I needed!
No problems, no excuses! Everything I ordered was there - beautifully and securely packed.
Next time I need parts for the Belfort, I will be going straight to Rangemoors!

Made a payment to my bank, that they said had not gone through. Luckily, I made the payment through ZOOM, which I showed to the bank. Didn’t get an apology, but at least they left me alone!!

ABSOLUTELY the best water supplier I…o

ABSOLUTELY the best water supplier I have ever contacted - and I’ve been a building surveyor all my working life (I’m 75 now and enjoying my retirement)

Nothing was too much trouble for their staff to explain the reason for a drop in pressure at my house was caused by work to repair a leak over a mile away. Soon after my phone call, water supply returned, and I’m sure at a slightly higher pressure.

Having struggled to find a supplier for a book that my Australian Granddaughter hinted at for Christmas, Waterstones came up trumps. The exact book, sought after for ages in Adelaide, appeared in Waterstones online catalogue and, after a few phone calls, was delivered by post within a couple of days.

Bought to replace my two old Dysons

Bought to replace my two old Dysons, which ran out of charge after three minutes use, I was very sceptical about the advertised claims for efficiency and longevity.

Absolutely no need! This device can vacuum my whole three-bed house with one charge - and still have power to spare.

A great buy that I would recommend to anyone looking for a new vacuum.

A great job!!!

The fitter arrived on time despite the weather, took my keys and started work. I didn’t really want to stand outside, and he said he understood.

Fifteen minutes later, he came back and said that all was well. The new battery was in and the car started first time (it had not run for almost a month).

Overall, a great job, well done

Brilliant service! Despite me wanting the flowers delivered the same day (by this time, it was midday already), the florist did a wonderful job and the flowers and a balloon were with the birthday girl within just a few hours.

Cannot fault Interflora!
