Turning bucket lists into dream trips

Savile Row helped me create a magical surprise birthday trip for my partner and put together an exceptional itinerary to Oman (city, desert and mountains) and then onto paradise aka the Maldives. This is the third time I’ve used Savile Row and in my experience they match the bigger travel agents offerings, but being able to pop in and discuss places on your bucket list face to face gives them a personal edge. I feel more in control to be able to scrutinise all the options closer and make tweaks to proposed itineraries. Big shout out to Matt Callaway for all his hard work and the painstaking details that goes into making our dream trips come true. We are already looking forward to our next adventure you’ve planned for us in South East Asia

Air source heat pump made easy

Air source heat pump made easy. Assembly renewables made the whole process easy, including managing the £7500 grant. The surveyors were great and the contractors who put in the system were brilliant. Very happy to recommend Assembly Renewables - in fact I already have and my neighbour is now following suit but with solar panel installation

BT big cock-up which engineer Diane was great in correcting

Diane was great in putting right a big BT cock-up. I'm not sure how you can externally just disconnect my line leaving me with no wifi and sky stream for 3 weeks whilst sky work out what the problem is ??? One star because BT caused me massive disruption. No compensation offered. For that I have to go to Sky who did nothing wrong but diagnose BT incompetence

SCAM WHERE THEY ACCESS YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND TAKE MULTIPLE PAYMENTS IMMEDIATELY

SCAM. You think you are buying a line for £2.50 and then within 2 days they take multiple transactions from your bank account. Reported to Lloyds Bank fraud dept and now have to try and recover the £40 they helped themselves to (thankfully I stopped them taking any more as I noticed it within a day) but also have the hassle now of having to cancel my bank card and wait for another to arrive. I'm trying to track down the directors of Surestream Digital with registered office in Windsor to access their views on their business activities

Excellent service

John is very thorough and i am much more confident that my underfloor heating and boiler are working more effectively post his visit than i was previously where i had an annual visit with a service subscription from one of the bigger players. Thanks John

Nice price but no space when I arrived at car park

Liked the price but when I got to the car park it said FULL. It let me in the barrier but then there were no parking spaces. I drove round every lane twice. NO SPACES. So I pressed the contact buzzer at the exit and a man said “park in the disabled bay” which I had no choice but to do. It was a tad stressful and it took 25 minutes to park in the end. Surely a parking reservation should me that a space is actually reserved for you??

You need to change your courier

You need to change your courier. Your goods are great but Evri fail to deliver on time and sometimes at all. I’ve ordered stuff for a specific event only to be let down by Evri saying they tried to deliver but we were out when we were in all the time. They get loads of bad press in Henley yet companies like you keep using them. I won’t order from you again because it is too stressful trying to receive delivery.

Tailor made holidays

Tailor made holidays with a busy itinerary of trips and excursions so so much more than just organising a flight and a hotel. Expensive but lots of attention to detail. I have my next two big trips organised through Audley for 2024 and 2025.
