Poor service, poor store stock
Delivery to store was poor only part arrived, store holds limited stock and couldn’t substitute or replace missing item. Over a week later, no communication missing item was returned to distribution by DPD. They re distribute and again no communication, go to store to be told they cannot do anything and can’t offer compensation or a substitute again as they don’t have anything in stock.
Days later email saying they will refund, I wanted my item.
