Ordered on 02-09-24, got lots of notifications "its on it's way", but now it's the 9th, I still don't have my medication, and I get a request to review!! Well I think the service is terrible, after all this is medicine that I need to take, why such a long delay?

Upon reviewing your order details, we found that:
Your payment was processed at 9 PM on September 2nd, and as per our time frames, your medication was dispatched on September 3rd for expected delivery on the 4th.
We have checked with Royal Mail, and according to their tracking information, your package was indeed delivered on September 4th, as originally planned. Royal Mail has provided an image confirming delivery, which you can verify through their tracking system.
We kindly ask you to have a look at their website using your tracking number to see this photo and to ascertain where you order has been left.
