Fast delivery - I am really looking forward to spending some relaxing time stitching Huxley. Lovely kit, with printed wool felt, sequins and beads, and the thread to work with. All beautifully presented in a brown card envelope with printed instructions. The instructions all look nice and clear, with lots of photos.
I also purchased the Queenie Quail Instructions and iron on (freezer paper) pattern.

Small, friendly independent artist selling beautiful felt designs. I’ve been working through making one of the patterns. The instructions are clear, and as downloadable files, it means I am able to make several of the designs, in whatever colour way I want.
I enjoy this type of felty fun, and have joined the social club, which has been welcoming and very friendly. A fabulous experience so far!

I ordered a heated throw, and while I was emailed a couple of times to advise me of delays, this took a very long time to arrive (9 weeks). When the delivery finally did arrive I would have expected a little message saying “thank you for you patience with this order” or something similar. Small gestures like that would go a long way towards making a customer feel valued.

The actual throw is very nice. Easy to use and works well.
