Booked flights February 2020 for 4 people to fly from Bordeaux to Lanzarote and from there to Gran Canaria in April 2020.
Due to COVID the flights were cancelled in March 2020. I applied for a refund and paid additional fee for ‘enhanced’ refund service. 13 months later and I still don’t have my refund.... Kiwi state they are still awaiting response from carriers.... when you raise a query ticket on their system... they give you a nonsensical response that doesn’t answer your questions and duly close the ticket as actioned..... very poor customer service...£800 out of pocket

If you’re looking for a stress free holiday... every need catered for... the experience of a lifetime... then for god’s sake don’t book with Teletext.
Once they have your money, it’s all bets off....hotels cancelled? flights cancelled? Don’t ring customer service because quite frankly.. they don’t want to know... they promise refunds that never come... they hang up mid call (that’s when they can be bothered to answer) emails are answered by some remote ‘chat bot’ with pre-prepared scripted answers, do yourself a favour, don’t go by the price alone (it’s never as advertised anyway) there are far better, more professional companies out there, use them!!
If of course you want 12 months plus of grief, or indeed you’re happy to hand over your hard earned cash to these scammers, feel free to go ahead and book

Booked a girls holiday to celebrate my retirement with my sister and two daughters a week before we were due to leave I was contacted by Teletext to advise me that the hotel had decided to close early and was no longer available... The following day I spoke to a member of the amendment team and arranged to move my holiday to 2021. I paid an additional payment to change the flights (with EasyJet) but thereafter received no further contact confirmation of my booking.. no new booking number... no confirmation whatsoever... I contacted Teletext on numerous occasions seeking confirmation.... and was told I had to be patient.... phone calls were disconnected on answering.... emails ignored.... all contact avoided.
5 months on.... I have still to receive any confirmation... emails are still ignored and the Phones are ignored.........be smart..... avoid like the plague
