I have previously written about the very impressive help and guidance i received at my local Orpington branch of HSL. Now i can complete the picture by the delivery last week.
Two chaps arrived and were so helpful, delivered my chair in 2 parts, assembled it, told me how to use it, and were gone in 15 mins.
I LOVE IT. The first night i fell asleep for 2 hours.

When i called into the Orpington branch recently i was greeted by Christine. I was shown the range of chairs
on offer and the details of choosing the right one for height etc and the variety of extras some of importance
in the future more than now. I was very impressed with her attention to detail and sort a quote to consider at home. Within 2 days i received a swatch of the covering i was interested in and went back
to pay my deposit before a good discount was withdrawn. I am now waiting delivery. Well done Christine.

I called into the Orpington Branch to get an idea of the products and Christine was extremely helpful in showing me the range of electric chairs. I left with all i needed to know to consider the detail. I returned 2 days later with questions well answered and paid my deposit. Highly recommended professionals.

From an emergency last Sunday with no heat / hot water what a brilliant service yet again . Ok for various reasons it was Wednesday before everything was working but no due to their not trying as they were on it each day. Thank goodness for the top service plan.
