This company does not reward you when you take the time to do a survey. They will let you complete it and do everything correct and then they don't reward you. Then if you question them they suspend your account and falsely accuse you of things you didn't do. There are hundreds of survey sites I recommend using those and do not waste your time on this one. Please read the other reviews you will see

This company does not reward you. When you take the time to do your surveys. They will have you complete the survey and then they never reward you for it. It's pathetic. Then when you question them about it, they suspend your account and falsely accuse you. There are hundreds of other survey companies. I highly recommend using them and not this one!!

I absolutely do not recommend using this place. They double charge you and come up with some lame excuse that it's a Pre-Authorization hold by our bank. Checked with the bank and that's not true. This is a scam this company uses to hold on to your money for days at a time. It's been almost 5 days and we still have not gotten our money back yet. I'm starting to doubt we will get it back .
There are many other places to get Auto parts. I highly recommend using them. We made the mistake of trusting this company. We won't make that mistake again. That's for sure!! We ordered the parts days ago. We still haven't even received the parts yet and we have been double charged.
I do a lot of online shopping Aunt. I have never had a company do something like this ever. I have had companies take pre-authorization but they usually will take the total of the product purchased. Out of that not double charge you. If you spend hundreds of dollars on parts from this place they will hold hundreds of dollars plus double charge you so be prepared for that.
Most likely we will have to go to court to get our money back.

Review of Survey Junkie
I try to redeem my points and get some security message.. ok this is AFTER I receive a code to my cell phone to prove my identity.. so now the points I earned can not be redeemed.. then, here is the fun part.. I message customer service about it,, they message me back and tell me they have to mail a check because they can not verify me online.. keep in mind this is after they send a code to my phone which I verified.. I will not ever use these people again..!!!! just wanted my money I earned so I can close my account.. I do NOT recommend these people !! oh and by the way I have had many many other issues with this company !!!
