Very helpful on discrepancies
My delivery was going back and forth with no real help from the carrier(who said they had delivered 3 times)to god knows where , but Susan at Julian Charles was excellent in supplying me with new items to a different address.

Parcel left on doorstop on main road in full view of any would be thief, although said it was handed directly to customer!! Luckily for me a neighbour took the parcel in.
