Bear in mind that Tomkinson Heating is no more. They were aggressively taken over by Cas Care who have none of their engineers. Gas Care, as the name implies, are not primarily about oil. If you want the old Tomkinson approach and time served engineers then look for HT Heating Ltd..
Boilerjuice are either incompetent or dishonest. One month after my order I have no heating and no delivery.
Boilerjuice insisted that delivery had been made and provided a "proof" of delivery. I have photographic evidence that the tank is empty and the "proof" actually showed 500 litres ordered and 0 litres delivered.
Afterhours of chasing I finally spoke to the company who was supposed to deliver and they told me that they refuse to deliver because the parking is unsafe.
Boilerjuice provides no accountability and no visibility of whether or not you will get your oil. They have known that I was without heating for almost 2 weeks and still did not provide the key information
I will never use them again
Quick update following their response - I did place a new order since they maintained the original one had been delivered (it had not). Only through my own chasing the actual supplier did I discover that they were never going to deliver to my address. I'm still chasing a full refund. In short Boilerjuice are just middlemen taking a cut and slow to either provide information or refund money when they cannot provide a service. Find out who your actual supplier is, get to know them and you will end up with the best price and service.

..and in response to Topcashback. No it was not for a hotel, it was with Dell. The cashback value is over $300 and this was more than 3months ago.
