Best basketball club in London

I've been playing basketball for 12 years in London and this is by far the best club out there. Super friendly atmosphere, well organised, different levels to match your ability and a great place to meet new people.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. We ordered from Beer52 for my birthday party. The order didn't arrive on time and we didn't receive any notifications of late delivery. We contacted Beer52 and they have advised us that the fault was with the delivery company Hermes. Whilst I totally appreciate that and I know that this may be out of Beer52 control, the solution they offered was completely unacceptable. They only offered to refund the order amount once they have received the beers back from Hermes! I'm afraid this is an issue between Hermes and Beer52 - as a customer, I've ordered beers which never got delivered, received no notification about it and instead of being offered an immediate full refund with some compensation for a ruined party I was told to wait until they sort it with the delivery company. This is below any standard I would expect. If they have offered a refund straight away I wouldn't be leaving this review here - so above all this is about their really poor customer service as opposed to the product which I never had a chance to try.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Ordered my face mask on 14 July and today, 2 August, the order still hasn't been delivered. I didn't expect prime-like style 1 day delivery but waiting 20 days is a bit ridiculous. It's a shame as I have heard good reviews about the mask and was planning to order more if the one I've ordered lived up to the expectations. But unless they sort out the delivery times I will never order anything from Vistaprint again.

FRAUD alert - very poor customer service. Do not recommend.

I had the most unpleasant experience with a car rental company in my life. I returned the car to Las Palmas airport on time, exactly as my contract said on Wednesday 7th June 2017. There was no one in the return area so I went down to the counter at the airport and gave keys back to one of the ladies from Goldcar. I asked if I can get a confirmation of returning the car and I was refused .Once I arrived in my office back on the UK next day I received an email saying that I returned the car one day later on Thursday 8th June at 9.30 am and I will be charged 45 EUR – on Thursday at 9.30 am I was already in the UK so it was physically impossible for me to return the car then! I called customer service line (only Spanish number for which I have to pay) only to be told that they can’t help me and I need to report the problem on-line. I’ve done it straight away (ref number: 1269472). After the money was taken from my account I called the customer service again and complained and asked to speak to manager/supervisor. The customer service advisor refused and hung up on me! That is just ridiculous and unbelievable - never received a poorer customer service experience.
To date I have not received any communication from Goldcar with regards to my complaint.
I feel frustrated as I’m not really sure what can I do to get my money back which were ILLEGALLY taken from my account.
