Say that delivery was attempted

Say that delivery was attempted, waited in all day no one called. Spoke with Amazon customer services to put deliver in safe place as I wouldn't be in 2 days later. Parcel left outside neighbours garage. Why do companies use Hermes will never understand. It's not rocket science.

Gone downhill

Since our group have not had a regular consultant it has gone downhill fast. Hardly anyone e stops for the meetings, which are the same thing every week. I no longer feel supported, so have decided not to return to group, it's a shame because i had put a lot of effort to get where i am today. Terry Wiles

I rang to ask for my no claims bonus proof and when I declined a review of price the man on the end of the phone just cut me off, admittinly he did send the proof, how unprofessional.
