Say that delivery was attempted, waited in all day no one called. Spoke with Amazon customer services to put deliver in safe place as I wouldn't be in 2 days later. Parcel left outside neighbours garage. Why do companies use Hermes will never understand. It's not rocket science.

Review of Slimming World
Since our group have not had a regular consultant it has gone downhill fast. Hardly anyone e stops for the meetings, which are the same thing every week. I no longer feel supported, so have decided not to return to group, it's a shame because i had put a lot of effort to get where i am today. Terry Wiles

Parcel just left on ground floor stairwell, why cant the actually ring or knock on the door, the stairs can be accessed by anyone.
To lazy to bring it up.

The only complaint is I asked for it to be left in brown bin if no one in. It was delivered to my local post office , couldn't collect it until the evening. Wanted it in the afternoon.
