Always an excellent experience

I book regular shows through West End Outings. I have always loved theatre but rarely went until I was introduced to Adam's company. Now I get to enjoy the best shows in fantastic seats at superb prices. If you love theatre you can't go wrong. My last show was the Strictly Come Dancing Live Arena Tour and next up Starlight Express. I cannot recommend joining enough.

Excellent service

An excellent service. Goods were delivered in perfect condition and left with a neighbour in my absence. I misread the delivery details online and queried delivery so got first hand experience of how great the customer service is too. Highly recommend.

Another AMAZING evening!

This week I saw the final week of The Tina Turner Musical. Oh wow. Aside from sitting front and centre, experiencing the most incredible performances from an outstanding cast, especially Fleur East who was incredible, the whole evening was extremely well planned and organised, including pre-show drinks and meeting the others attending. It is easily one of the top 5 shows I have ever seen. Thank you.

Poor service and unfair selling

I bought a return ticket from coop tarring road Worthing to town centre only to find no one would accept return part and had to buy another ticket. The connect 7 bus I got does not do the return as it does a circular trip. Spent 16 minutes on the phone and promised email to reply to with photos of tickets but nothing received. Take care buying return tickets with this company!

I tried to call complaints TWICE today and both times got cut off after selecting option 4 for complaints!

Appalling

15 minutes after we are due to take off the crew decide there is a problem with the water system! 40 minutes later we're still waiting for ground crew to bring steps! Shoddy flight management! Now over an hour late, water issue fixed and waiting still for paperwork. Lots of staff wandering about doing nothing and laughing! Loads of people ignoring mask rules and aside from the off message no real follow up on this! Appalling standards! Flight EZY5271 to Malaga!

The staff are lovely

The staff are lovely, atmosphere great. Table service can be slow but maybe that's the times! Whatever you do though - if you want the BOGOF cocktail offer make sure you order twice on app because nowhere does it tell you this needs to be done and it can be both awkward and embarrassing even though the staff should all know the offer!!! I won't fault the lively staff working here but I will fault the management for failing to provide effective tools!

Yet another order fail. Arrived cold and inedible. Just eats answer - we can give you credit for next meal! Whatever happened to the right to a refund if goods received are inadequate! Don't use them.

Very poor service

Very poor service. Having ordered a meal from Fish Factory and waited for confirmation I decided to cancel as it was clear the restaurant were not operating. I used the contact from the app and had to jump through hoops to get it refunded. Nearly an hour had passed before it was cancelled and at no point did the restaurant confirm the order in this time. What was shocking was the poor handling on the chat. A ridiculous ID process just to get an order cancelled and the money refunded to the card it was paid for on.

All good. My only comment would be that when running slightly late it would be better to say that than send a message saying we've had to change your delivery time at the end of the previous timeframe given.

I ordered a product online on 8/8 which did not arrive. On 9/9 I requested a refund. Confirmation received that a refund will be given and still I wait! Dreadful!
