The flowers were great but they left them outside my girlfriend’s house and did not deliver them, or even notify (ring the doorbell) my girlfriend’s house to tell her they had arrived with a package. Fortunately the neighbours were nice about it and gave her the flowers, but someone could’ve easily taken them. ESPECIALLY, during Valentine’s Day.

I’ve enjoyed bunq so far quite a bit. I don’t have many complaints since most things tend to work well. Here are my issues with it: - The limitation on withdrawing money from your savings account to once per month creates more issues than anything else at all. I don’t see the point in this… - Making international payments to countries like Mexico, USA, Canada, etc. is very complicated and sometimes it doesn’t even tend to work and instead all you get is an “error on our side (Bunq’s side) and that they’re looking into it but never do. - Customer support takes 8+ hours to get back to you and when they do it isn’t the most helpful.

The bike is amazing, it has changed my life for the better. Do keep in mind I’ve had it for 2 months but have used it 4-5 days a week. Very happy with it so far!
I had contact with abhishek kapoor from customer service regarding my booking which had to be repayed because my first payment didnt go through, but once calling customer service he answered all my questions and we managed to make the payment.

I called customer service seeking help regarding my payment, I followed the operators instructions depending on my problem and no answer. I waited for about 15 to see if anyone would even bother after a while and nothing.
Horrible attention and service, not going to improve your business if this is your approach on customers.
