Firstly I'll start with service.
I enquired about the products via email which were met with a fast response.
Secondly, the postage was extremely fast.
I received the product within a few days. (DHL) Maybe even two days. Fantastic service.
Thirdly, the watch is great.
Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase and the company.
I would definitely use again

Pretty difficult to find fault with …
Pretty difficult to find fault with these guys. Only problem i did have. I paid for the goods then found out i required something further. I went back in to order other items within a time frame of 10 minutes and couldn't as part was already in process of being picked and status updated as posted within 30 mins . Just too damn quick!!. This meant having to source other items locally which delayed things and yes. I still am waiting for the other parts.

Australia vs Great Britain
I live in Australia and own a Renault Koleos 2017. The GB spec Koleos have more "bling" on them so I ordered some "bling" from these guys. I would like the public to know that these guys are professional with cheap postage to Australia, excellent packaging and fast delivery. I cannot believe from the time of ordering (from France) then to arrive in GB and then to its final destination of Australia in just over two weeks. A parcel posted from within Australia can take up to 10 days to arrive! Would recommend these guys to anyone. A first class service. Thanks.

No communication over postage
Ordered an exhaust. I was given a price for postage however on sip finalising invoice postage was increased with no consultaion with me as per their terms so order was cancelled on the same day. Was told refund would take a few days. No refund recieved. Emailed to enquire and was assured that it was refunded. It wasnt. 3 weeks later emailed again. They had made a mistake and money was eventually refuded. Unacceptable process. So much so would never use sip again.
