Sad but true

Sad to say, I'm a new customer, put in only my second order 3 weeks ago, not received it, had no response to my queries, have given them a deadline before I cancel, still absolutely NO RESPONSE
If I treated my customers like this, I wouldn't have any

Can’t fault it

Can’t fault the company nor the product, arrived when they said it would, took about 40 mins to install ( about half of that was unpacking)
Blinds work well and are good quality without paying the earth
Will use again

Too much ‘horse trading’

The service offered is absolutely fine, except when it comes to renew, you constantly get mail offering this, that & the other, then your renewal price is totally different, without the free gifts. Then you complain and they reduce the price, but you still don’t get the gifts.
Last year I went to another insurer out of principle, came back this year, and guess what…..got the good price and the free gifts!
If not for this they would have got 5 stars

Bought some clothing

Bought some clothing, unfortunately it didn’t fit, no fault of Golfbase, returned it no problem got full refund, so bought another make from them, fitted just fine, all my dealings with them are positive !

Couldn't have been easier

Arriving in Barbados late Saturday evening, don't want to have to worry about getting an 'airport' cab, prefer always booking .
Googled taxis from airport and hoppy was one of the ones that came up first. Saw they had a promo, so used them first. www was well laid out and easy to use. Particulars liked the fact it found my flight easily, and hopefully any variations on the due time are notified to the driver?

It just got better, I realised my arrival time had changed, so went on site to edit pick up time, so easy, took seconds, and automatically sent revised booking confirmation and receipt....impressed

Let's hope the cab turns up! 😎
