Complete scam

Complete scam. Never buy anything from them. Bought front row tickets, got tickets all the way in the back. Paid 3 times more than indicated on the ticket. Support fully declined accountability and any compensation for their error.

Order delays

Ordered a camera and lens, delivery mid october (in a week or so). Later got email that delivery moved to end of November (+1,5 months). Other stores offered next day delivery. Suggested some sort of compensation for prolonged wait, they refused. Will not make business with them again.

Garbage

Garbage, stay away. Just one device, constant money begging. Just garbage software. Been using them for more than 10 years and it's a story of constant service degradation. So many free options around, not worth a dime.

Rip off, avoid at all cost

First of all - they steal your prepaid minutes, straight off. Bought minutes and did not use them in time - say your money bye bye (they never tell you your prepaid minutes has expiration time when you buy them). Oh, and support service will just ignore you if you will ask where your minutes are.
Second - cars are literally not insured at all. If you do any damage - it’s all on you. My wife scratched a car (scratch was pretty bad though) and paid 7500 sek for the damage. With our own car it would have been insurance case and only deductable payment.
So i recommend to avoid at all cost.
Update: yeah, they will ask you for more money before each trip and reduce your deductable, which is just another way to rip you off :)

Hi Oleg,

When we sell prepaid minutes it is clearly stated that the minutes have an expiration time. Depending on the package this is either 1 year or 6 months.

The cars are of course insured. Damages have a self-risk liability of up to 7500 SEK. Which can even be reduced to 750 SEK for just 30 SEK before starting a trip. Everything related to insurance of our cars are clearly stated in our terms.

Your wife made an unfortunate damage while parking. She was kind enough to report the damage herself. It was a cracked and broken front left fender. The costs associated with fixing these unfortunate damages exceeds the 7500 SEK self-risk.

All car insurances, also on privately owned cars, have a self-risk liability. So would this have happened on your own car, it would, depending on how much you'd pay in monthly car insurance fees, have cost you a similar amount. There's nothing we'd like more, than to avoid damages all together. When they happen they are insured, but have a self-risk of 7500 SEK that the driver will have to cover.

Terrible service

I ordered videocard on September 17, 2020. Couple minutes after sales start.
Today is january 4.
It says it will be available on March 6, lol.
Funny thing is - i've seen a lot of people bought the same card from that exact store with much later order dates. Literally seen the receipts.
Meaning they do sell to some customers. No idea why not me - i suspect because i did not pay in advance, it's one of the payment options. Don't deal with those guys, they're terrible.
