Have used them before, price initially quoted does tend to go up if they come across extras, I had to pay for new wipers and a headlight adjustment to pass MOT. However, they called and advised price adjustments over the phone, picked up at 0900 and dropped back before 1500 same day.

Best priced complete replacement in the UK, easy to use website and good communications about dispatch of item, etc.
Arrived in a couple of days, even supplied grease with the pack, fitted in minutes, adjusted to right temperature with instructions in the pack.
Absolutely perfect and way cheaper than an equivalent replacement unit.

I've used Gearbest for a few years, pretty good value and they do offer access to the Chinese market where tech is very much improving on a daily basis.
I bought a phone from them last year and it failed within warranty but outside their 45 day replacement window, fault was the touchscreen failed and as such was unusable. They wouldn't accept the phone back for repair without the IMEI. I pointed out that this wasn't in their T&C's but they ignored this and refused to accept the phone without an IMEI which is pretty difficult when you have no touchscreen. Thankfully the phone manufacturer has offered to repair the phone under warranty.
Even further irritated by Gearbest for replying with their bland, sorry to hear you're having a problem, raise a ticket and we'll get back to you......, they know I've raised a ticket and that it predates this review.
As stated, I have already raised a ticket and Gearbest repeatedly refused to repair the phone, only when it was clear they weren't going to repair the phone did I write an honest review.
Gearbest contacted me directly after seeing the review and offered me a $76 refund which is fair considering I've had 8 months use of the phone. So make a note of your IMEI just in case.

This is my 3rd year with policy expert for home insurance, very personable staff, knowledgeable and efficient.
I renewed as I'd already checked around and the quote was very competitive, also you get 2nd year renewal at same price.
Know what you expect to pay beforehand as the discount is 'On the spot', however in practice this is flexible.
Cannot fault their service although I haven't gone through the claim procedure (Thankfully).
