I got a great deal on my BYD Seal

I got a great deal on my BYD Seal. I absolutely love it! Best car I have ever owned. Thanks to the expert guidance of Chicaine and Chelsea. Both saved me from buying a Tesla! Phew!!

I received an email that oil would be…

I received an email that oil would be delivered on a set date, then it didn’t arrive. Slow response to emails. Poor service.

Thank you for sharing your feedback — we’re sorry to see your recent experience led to a 1-star/2-star review.

All orders are placed on and “on or before” date. Meaning that the suppliers can deliver anytime from when the order has been placed up until the last day. Once an order has been put on load, we then send out an email the day before the delivery as an indication.

If it has been scheduled for an earlier delivery but then fails, the supplier will always try to schedule it again within the selected on or before window period. Rest assured, we always do our best to work with our suppliers to get orders back out as quickly as possible and to keep customers updated.

We’re sorry to hear that your enquiry wasn’t responded to within our usual timeframe, and we sincerely apologise for the delay.

Our team has experienced a recent surge in customer enquiries, which has unfortunately impacted our response times. Please know that we’re working hard behind the scenes to respond to everyone as quickly as possible and are actively reviewing our processes to improve efficiency going forward.

Really great holiday very well organised by Crystal. Great resort in Passo Tonale and authentic Italian family run hotel in Miramonti. Saunas and steam room very welcome!

Terrible company with poor communication and broken promises. Christmas present delivered 3rd January and no apology. Won’t use this awful company again!

Complete waste of time

Complete waste of time. Didn’t collect all the evidence. Initially made the right decision but when lent on by BT reversed the decision. Weak staff who act slowly. As tax payers we pay for this rubbish.

The usual insurance problem

The usual insurance problem! I bought extra insurance in the UK and I thought I was fully covered however the car rental company said it wasn’t sufficient and wouldn’t cover me in all circumstances. After arguing in Italian I gave up and paid again. I paid more than £200 for 5 days cover. Don’t use this company.

The card must be physical, registered and in the name of the main driver of the vehicle. If the customer has a debit card, you will need to purchase our Kasko Platinum policy. If, on the other hand, the main driver has a credit card, he/she will have the option to decide whether or not to purchase one of our policies.

Poor communication. Failed to correct supply address. Direct debit still not set up.Totally useless and wish I hadn’t bothered to switch. No confidence in them to sort this out.

Anglian Home Improvements delivered an excellent product and service and used great people.

I am delighted by my new conservatory it has exceeded by expectations. The fit and finish is excellent. I was kept fully informed during the design and build. The people used were outstanding, particularly Carl and Ant, both are knowledgeable, highly skilled and thorough. I have no reservation in recommending Anglian.
