Very poor service
My appointment was cancelled by Genix. I was given a new appointment but when I arrived the dentist was running very late and I was unable to wait as I had other appointments to attend. I am 93 years old. I'm finding the changes to the practice very difficult to adapt to. When my daughter called to rearrange the appointment I'd missed, she was told my record showed I had been seen. After struggling to explain a new appointment was finally arranged but it is four months hence
Very poor service. Distressing and unnecessary. Very different from the wonderful smooth running at this practice as little as 6 months ago
