Appalling service

Made an appointment to view a property. For 3 days in a row they sent me a reminder to attend the viewing. I arrived & waited in the bitterly cold weather for someone to arrive. On phoning the company I was told someone would be with me in minutes. After a further 10 minutes I phoned for a taxi to collect me. The agent did eventually arrive but I told her that I no longer wished to view the property. I thought I would've received an apology from the branch manager but no such luck. Avoid the company.

Seating

Why are the seats not allocated correctly. When I booked the other day I specifically requested forward facing seats. I was given rear facing seats. This was in first class & there were plenty of forward facing seats available.

Poor toilet facilities

Not a bad store to shop in, usually fairly well stocked. Only one product today which I couldn’t find. But the toilets, what a state. Can’t believe they don’t have someone checking on them. Awful, awful, awful, Floors wet, toilets don’t flush, disgusting is probably the best way to describe them. Please do something about them.

Poor service

No problems in the past but this time dire. Awaiting a delivery from earlier in the week. Wayfair decided to blame the delivery company. Doesn’t help me, still waiting.
Delivered at last on Sunday. Evri need to keep their customers informed of what’s happening. They sent me an e mail on Thursday confirming that delivery would happen on that day, then they sent another e mail today saying I’d receive delivery today. Nothing in between.

Shocking

Shocking. Not had problems with them in the past but on this occasion an awful experience. Still waiting for a delivery that was scheduled for earlier in the week. They last updated me on Thursday, today it’s Saturday. Parcel delivered at last, Sunday. Would’ve been nice of Evri to have updated me earlier, heard nothing from them from Thursday until this morning.

Shocking service

Shocking service. Needed a new mobile as my Vodafone smart phone has seen better days. I don’t have a contract, I’m a pay as you go customer, I have been for many, many years. My local Vodafone outlet told me they don’t have phones for PAYG clients, I should look at Curry’s or Argos. I then asked if they’d be able to assist me with transferring the data from my current phone to a new one. The reply was NO, they don’t have the equipment to do so. Laughable, it would appear that the staff are given training in how to deliver lousy service.

Awful

The Burton on Trent branch. Awful. Took a 2 hour train journey to view a property. Agent knew nothing about the house, no access to the rear of the property, which had attracted us initially. Taxi driver was able to enlighten us more on the area than the agent. Cannot recommend these agents to anyone!
