Easy to use site. Had tried to buy directly with the venue and would only accept credit card, very strange, so searched and found this site which accepted PayPal. Tickets were dearer but I'm just happy I got them.

I made an order 18/11 and was delighted to receive 50% off. However by Monday i hadn't received dispatch email. I contacted via chat and spoke to Mark who advised me my order would be sent within the next day. I contacted via chat again on Friday 25/11 and spoke to Amy R who advised that my order was not ready for dispatch and that only half of my order was now in stock. Amy was of great help and processed the items that were in stock and has advised that I will receive a refund for the out of stock items. Thank you for your help Amy R.
