Like anyone else when you’re in a dispute there is confusion and you’re not sure what to do next so you don’t make any mistakes. When I did my search for help I noticed there were companies that were less expensive but as a business man I know the cheapest is not always the best. I was apprehensive about this service because like so many of you out there we have all been taken advantage of when we were in need. I proceed to hire them for all the services. Right away I was directed step by step as to what I needed to do. The Demand letter was first. I followed the directions and then replied back with the info. Then I waited. Within a couple of days they were served with the Demand letter. And that was all it took. The other party just from that demand letter alone backed off and we won our case. I also had everything ready to go following the instructions if we had to proceed further. As a Side note when I sent an e mail to Getdispute.com telling them I did not need to go further they offered me a refund for the services I did not use.. Shocking in this day and age!
