I love the wines and the very reasonable prices. The only downside is the time between ordering and delivery. It can be several weeks, and without much communication to keep you updated. The wines always turn up, but you are kept wondering. You need to order a looooong way in advance of actually needing the wine. However, as I've said, all the wines I've had are excellent value for money.

Received my renewal offer well in advance and was able to check out the comparison sites. Loads were cheaper until I added the extras (legal cover, emergency cover etc), and then none were cheaper. I have got top of the range cover at the best possible price without any haggling and I am well pleased.

My dog enjoys the food, we have both dry and wet foods, and the service I receive is second to none. I feed our dog with other treats as well which means I often have Tails food left towards the end of the month but it is no problem because the email communications from Tails is first class and allows you to defer your next delivery for 5 days before another email gives you the same chance again. This works out brilliantly and I don't have to even think of ordering, everything works like clockwork.

I always get perfect service via my wine adviser, Stuart Brown, and only very rarely do I find a wine that has been recommended to not be absolutely magnificent! Stuart has really learnt what I like and makes great efforts to satisfy my tastes. A1 service and A1 nice bloke too.

The sign up process was smooth and quick (via Comparethemarket.com). I am obviously yet to find out how efficient the breakdown service is.

I have found this service to be excellent in every way. I like having Ifor as my wine adviser, he has learnt what I like and offers me winners every time. I don't get hassled for orders or feel obliged to order every time. The wines I have received have all been excellent and decent value for money. All in all I couldn't be more happy with a service than I am currently.

On the recommendation of Stuart, my wine advisor, I bought a 16 bottle case of Fazzoletto and I have to say it is one of the best wines I have ever tasted. Absolutely outstanding both in quality and value.

As always the service was perfect too and it is reassuring to know that if I had been in any way disappointed a simple phone call would have had the wine collected for a refund.

I am very pleased with the punctuality of the delivery and with the attitude of the driver. Considering my shipment was 'Live Plants' it had obviously been handled carefully, the contents were in pristine condition and there were no dents or damage in the packaging. Most impressed with the service.

We ordered online which was a breeze, the item was delivered earlier than expected (by arrangement) at no extra cost by a great team of guys. They carefully put the sideboard into its intended position, removed and took away all the packaging and were polite and courteous. A real pleasure to deal with everybody involved.
