So which one is it?? How can it have arrived at the delivery depot and then it's delayed on the way to the delivery depot? I can't get through on Chat as it just times out so I'm left not knowing what's going on.

Easy to track and arrived when it said it would. Some couriers just give a vague delivery time but with the DPD tracker you can see where they are and how soon they'll be with you.
