Unfortunately my parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Luckily I have good neighbours. Maybe the driver needs to check the door numbers. It was delivered 4 doors away. Close but no cigar

I'm really sorry to hear that—“close but no cigar” is right. Delivering a parcel just four doors away might seem minor, but it’s still a mis delivery, and it could’ve easily gone missing if not for your kind neighbours. Drivers are expected to verify door numbers carefully, especially in residential areas where a small mistake can cause big headaches. I would really like to have a look into this for you.
