Customer service lets down the company

They do at least have customer service, but when I have contacted them three times about our latest vacuum (we have many Dyson products), there was such a language barrier with the foreign call centre, that I gave up in the end. And the product, while it has excellent suction, has nooks in the head that mean that when swapping tools, dust comes out on the floor etc. I can't believe this wasn't picked up in beta testing. I think my loyalty to Dyson is finally over.

Good customer service

Quick customer service. Nice cars and pricing feels like good value to me. If you’re scared to take the plunge, get a charger installed on your home (you’ll need one eventually) and grab a car from On.To and see how you get on.

Doubling up on extra charges.

Rented a Mini from Sixt for 12 days in December 2022. Added an additional driver to the booking at the counter for a whopping charge of 149.99 which I accepted. However, on final bill they also added an extra 30 pounds "premium location fee" TO THE ADDITIONAL DRIVER. To be clear, I had already paid a premium location fee at time of booking. This was an extra fee added because I added another driver. I can see no way why I should pay again for the premium location (Heathrow) because I add another driver. The additional driver ended up costing an extra 25% of the whole booking. This was crazy and was not made clear at the rental desk. I complained to customer services twice with no resolution. I wouldn't use them again, as this was unfair and clearly profiteering.

Easy hassle free service

I have now had two cars serviced at Cooper. They are the 4th BMW dealership I have tried in the southeast, and so far they have been excellent. They are attentive, good at communication, professional, and most importantly, my car just gets serviced as it should in a hassle-free way. This is all I ask. I trust Cooper with my cars, more than any other BMW dealership I have used. I just want my car sorted quickly and with no hassle. They provide this. If you are considering, give them a try and see what I mean. Thank you Cooper Cobham.

Excellent delivery and finished product

The finished product is excellent - very high quality - drew many comments at the church where it was used. Also ordered 2pm in the afternoon and it arrived the following day, all perfect. So impressed with that. The website had a couple of glitches when I used it, but I never lost anything. Just had to shut down browser and re-open it, then it worked well. Would use again.
