I recently had my IVA accepted and today (only a month after acceptance) I had a letter threatening to take me to court,this was part of my iva and the gentleman I spoke too (moeed) was very helpful and reassuring that he would personally deal with this and I was not to worry. Very polite and helpful. Thank you

Simple and easy to apply,thought it would be a no,same as most places but it wasn't and you got a decision back quickly. My card arrived before the time stated,though if needed before they have a helping hand for that too. Nothing negative to say

Have ordered twice and both times have had my order within 2 days of ordering...well packaged and all works well.

I have both ordered online from cex as well as in store. Online..it is very easy to search for what you want and they do some really gab bargains,the only downfall I think is that although they do tell you if something u have ordered is no longer on there it is not said until after u click to pay,having said that it wouldnt stop me from ordering still.
In store...staff are always helpful and willing to do anything for u,polite and again films etc very easy to find.
