I've made and order to be delivered at the shop. It supposed to be ready the day after but more than a week has passed and it's still "in proccess".
I've sent an e-mail to customer service and have not received any reaction.

Hice una reservación el 13 de diciembre y fue rechazada, sin embargo hicieron el cobro de 2,400€ que según ellos devolverían en 10 días. Hoy es 4 de enero y todavía no me han devuelto el dinero. Cuando los contacto me dicen que la devolución automática falló y que lo tiene que todo revisar, que el dinero me lo devolverán en 10 días. Esto es inaceptable. Para colmo el Banco me está cobrando por el dinero que tienen retenidos. Primera y última vez!
