We’ve rented a property in Fulham. Sarah is our property manager. She’s been very helpful in sorting out issues that come up. Speedy replies and good contractors.

Great product for the whole family

I’ve recently discovered this product and found it wonderful for the protection it offers my eyes. My eyes would water from long periods looking at the screen and now it doesn’t. I plan on getting this for my iPad, my daughter’s iPad, my MacBook and for all my family. Easy to order and install.

Expensive delivery and returns

I paid £4.99 for delivery. One of my items didn’t fit and I couldn’t return this to a shop I had to pay £4.99 for return.

Constant no availability for lockers

I tried 3 days to send a parcel for an item I sold on Vinted. Every nearby locker is constantly full. I had to ask my husband to take it near his work where there’s availability. Not a great concept to have individual lockers to send items. I really don’t mind printing out a label it’s less hassle than finding an available locker.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced!

Dear EBookers,

Your customer service team is extremely unhelpful in assisting me in making changes to my flight. Each customer representative that I spoke to had a different set of reasons for the terms and conditions which are inconsistent.

The first person said I'm unable to change at all. I then called Cathay Pacific who I'm flying with to check. They informed me that I'm able to make changes. So I called up again. I was quoted £500 to change, then I asked if they could look further as I have flexibility on dates. I was emailed a new quote of £330 for the change. I called up couple of hours later only to be told that now the change will cost me over £1000!! Which is more than the cost of my flight. Each time I call up I get a different price.

In addition, the service of response to find a new flight price is extremely slow often I have to wait for 5min in silence only to find that nothing is achieved while waiting.

It is the most appalling customer service that I've ever received! And I'm still struggling to make changes. I wished that I booked direct with Cathay so that I do not have to go through this ordeal.

Whilst we are sorry to note your disappointment at the cost we would point out that you are travelling over the Christmas period and availability is extremely limited.

As all pricing is provided in live environment and therefore subject to change.

If you do wish to proceed with making the changes to your reservation you will have to pay the applicable airline fees.
