I tried 3 days to send a parcel for an item I sold on Vinted. Every nearby locker is constantly full. I had to ask my husband to take it near his work where there’s availability. Not a great concept to have individual lockers to send items. I really don’t mind printing out a label it’s less hassle than finding an available locker.

Your customer service team is extremely unhelpful in assisting me in making changes to my flight. Each customer representative that I spoke to had a different set of reasons for the terms and conditions which are inconsistent.
The first person said I'm unable to change at all. I then called Cathay Pacific who I'm flying with to check. They informed me that I'm able to make changes. So I called up again. I was quoted £500 to change, then I asked if they could look further as I have flexibility on dates. I was emailed a new quote of £330 for the change. I called up couple of hours later only to be told that now the change will cost me over £1000!! Which is more than the cost of my flight. Each time I call up I get a different price.
In addition, the service of response to find a new flight price is extremely slow often I have to wait for 5min in silence only to find that nothing is achieved while waiting.
It is the most appalling customer service that I've ever received! And I'm still struggling to make changes. I wished that I booked direct with Cathay so that I do not have to go through this ordeal.
