Easy to order, high quality foods, arrive on time and all options tried have been well liked by my dog. The bag lasts a lot longer than expected so great value despite the initial cost. Previous high street foods caused upset tummies but these have not, so very happy. Orders can be delayed easily and email reminders are given.

This food is costly but for my husky it has really worked wonders for his bowels where multiple other foods tried did not; it has been well worth it. He absolutely loves it too.
Customer service is excellent, orders can be changed very easily on the website and they are dispatched almost immediately and can even arrive next day. So far I have been very impressed.

The reflective bandanas have literally been a life saver for our dark dog on several occasions and they are far better than any others available elsewhere; they reflect so brightly in car headlights. I have bought a supply of them for all our dogs. They look smart in the daytime too and are great quality, lasting for years and enduring washing.
