Been using Jason and the team for a few years now. Absolutely fantastic service all the time. If I have any questions, they either text or call to help out. Would highly recommend every time. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Shocking company.

Shocking company.
Over a month to send out for delivery, or so they said. Conveniently they are saying no one signed for it. Just replied with an email, saying it was delivered, but no signature required.

Terrible customer service

Spent £560 on 3 clubs, 2 turned up, and other not expected for over a week!!! If it would have said out of stock, I wouldn't have ordered through them!!

Dear Mr Fogden,

Thank you for your review and feedback, I have spoke with our customer service team and they have advised me that there has been an internal stock error on the missing item as our systems show the item as available to sell with 1 driver in stock with an extra stiff shaft. Our customer service team have sent an email to advise of the shortage/stock error and rather than holding the order back we have shipped the order with 1 item to follow. The missing club has been ordered on a priority for you and stock has now arrived much sooner then anticipated and your driver will be dispatched on an express Saturday delivery. We apologise about the stock error and we are investigating how this has happened to prevent the order from being fully shipped. We hope you enjoy your driver and other Cobra clubs.
