Yet again Octopus have excelled.
I have always been impressed with how quickly they respond to queries and wondered whether things would be different when I was asking for a credit refund.
I sent an email and had an immediate reply from a young lady called Rebecca informing me that the refund would be in my account in 7-10 days. There were no attempts to dissuade me, no questions asked about why I wanted to do it.
Fantastic service from Octopus as usual and then the money arrived in my account sooner than expected.

The quality of staff training is amazing. Just used them for the third time and every member of staff has been so helpful. The price has gone up in the last two years - but so has everything else. It remains incredible value for money. Took one week to let the flat so a cost of £29!! A remarkable company to do business with.

It isn't just that you save an absolute fortune - you get a real person on the end of the phone to help you every step of the way! Most importantly, for someone of my generation who has not been brought up in the computer age - they don't make you feel like an idiot when you ask for advice.
I was recommended this company by my son and could not really believe what I read on the website so I phoned with a huge list of questions. Every one of them was answered patiently and I felt happy to proceed.
