I have used this company many many…

Barkingside Ilford Branch …I have used this company many many times in past and been happy but didn’t order for about a year due to been on diet 😅 Ordered today via papa johns website and was dismayed when received text from uber say they were delivering if id known they used uber drivers i wouldn’t have ordered.I did consider cancel but papa johns tracking said order was already in oven so i hoped be ok.IT WASNT took 20min from papa johns say food ready for it to be picked up then took another 45min to arrive despite shop been 5min drive away.Papa johns sent me delivered notification 20min before was actually delivered.The food was all cold not Luke warm but cold and honestly most of it went in bin.Very very disappointed and won’t use again

I ordered Burger King meal for 3 and…

I ordered Burger King meal for 3 and when it arrived it was so cold like not lukewarm but so cold felt like had been in fridge.Ive had deliveries in past that been lukewarm and despite it not been recommended I’ve put in microwave for quick blast to heat up but this order was cold ,fridge cold so had to bin order apart from ice cream and bottled water.I contacted Uber within 5min of receiving order ( admittedly with very short message simply say food is so so cold 😅) but I did send more detailed explanation an hour or so later.I was replied to several hours later simply tell me they understand how frustrating is when food not temperature expecting and I can leave review on merchant.I asked for the complaint to be escalated and received exact same copy paste reply 5 times.Eventually a reply came from human but said exactly same thing that sorry but that nothing they can do about temperature food reaches me! And again to review merchant.I tried to review Burger King but no way to leave review it’s simply tick box of Ubers recommended feedback and i don’t think it’s Burger Kings fault unless they are leave delivery orders out in cold carpark whilst wait for driver to collect??? Terrible terrible customer service waiting hours for reply then receiving total of 5 copy paste replies.I understand that food may not always be piping hot as its delivery and even with insulated bags the back of motorcycles in winter not best and I’ve happily given food 10sec blast in microwave in past but this food was so cold.Just so so disappointing and impossible to actually speak to human being.Can’t believe that company policy to say they have no obligation to deliver hot food that temperature is basically personal choice?? Like we understand frustrating when food not temperature expecting but nothing we can do about it? Like expecting hot food not be fridge cold is personal preference 😤

Been member for a while and the site is definitely growing with more competitions and featured competitions with spinner wheels and scratch cards for instant wins.Tickets range in price from 2p to £2 so something for everyone.Wins are transferred almost instantly and presenters are great people responsive and friendly.Won few times and happy to be part of site that is constantly improving and growing

Easy to use website and friendly…

Easy to use website and friendly presenter/owner who does lots videos and giveaways.Prizes are not largest but I think quite new site? and expect will have more prizes as site grows.I was lucky enough to win on 4th try and payment was sent day after draw.Friendly competition site with clear details on site of tickets available and sold and lots of giveaways and offers.Give it a go, you got to be in it to win it.Oh I won with 4 tickets so no need max out

Great tasting coffee and good choice.I buy skinny/light milk pods and mix of coffee flavours to make own cappuccino’s and lattes.Good value and received gift of free decaffeinated pods and yummy ginger shortbread.Ive just received 2nd box and will definitely be purchasing again

I saw opening ads on social media and did small order but then I read reviews and felt very deflated But was no need my order arrived quicker than expected and everything was great.I’ve since ordered 5 times lol and been really happy with whole experience. Temu keep your updated with tracking on order and everything I’ve received has been good quality, until today one of ramen pots lids was cracked but returns procedure is so simple and trouble free.Great value, clear tracking free delivery and simple returns.Honestly great company to deal with have no complaints at all.Promotion games Ive not took part in but have received voucher for money of order simply for make order and £5 credit because order delivered day late Wow.Really have no negatives other than so many bargains I keep order lol put another order in today.Keep up good work I’m recommending to all family and friends

I would give minus 1000 if could.I was previously full of praise for this company I used regularly as online seller but last 6 months been next to useless.App update lost me all tracking and photos for deliveries, I no longer get detailed tracking or photos.I’ve spent at least 10hrs on chat often been disconnected and always speak to people who don’t seem to know what happening? I was GUARANTEED by supervisor no less all be fixed, it wasn’t.I was given email for app support sent 6 emails over last month none replied to.I asked for complaints address but apparently they don’t have one!!! I ask for chat transcripts to be sent to email NEVER received any.Today I contacted as buyer because they tried to deliver parcel but need more info.I spent over hour been cut off by first person after 32min to be told sender put wrong address despite send them screenshot of postal label show correct address.If working it’s all good but if you have problem there no way to complain or contact anyone.Website says call to complain but it’s all automated and if don’t have tracking number then cut you off so phone obviously not for complaints or queries it’s purely for automated tracking ( never used to be that way you could previously talk to person) Honestly wasted so much time talk to clueless chat operators who refuse give you any information or transcript of chat to show uselessness.I sent 20+ parcels week with this company and tried to work round problems with them but my custom and my 20 parcels obviously drop in ocean and don’t need it.How can you be unable to make complaint? Are they so perfect don’t need complaint dep???!

I buy cleaning supplies from here and always happy.Black bags can be bought in various sizes and much stronger and cheaper than shops and cleaning fluids are stronger the toilet limescale remover worked where shop bought ones failed.Next day delivery and everything packaged well.

Delivered on time and good prints just be sure to edit prints before order.Photos taken on phone seem to be too big for standard print and first order a lot of them had heads missing or were cropped but I tried again and this time I edited each print.Some close ups taken on phone won’t fit on standard size print so order size up.Once edited great quality and all delivered to door.Nice to have actual prints

Yodel always keep you informed on date…

Yodel always keep you informed on date and time parcel be delivered.You can track parcel with little map and Van.Driver always has smile and helpful and polite.Im always happy when it’s a yodel delivery.Since update they have gone to 1 star can no longer track orders on map, no longer receive delivery photos, impossible to speak to anyone phone line is complete automation and chat are useless seems they copy paste replies as often has nothing to do with question ask? Was given email for app support but emailed 6 times and no reply! And they Don’t have a complaints department.Do they think so perfect no one will complain Or was department so overworked they shut down? Such shame had nothing but praise but now……

Reliable as always.Tracking info correct and delivered on time by polite driver.Edit last 6months become shambles no longer able track, no delivery photos, IMPOSSIBLE to contact customer services and actually speak to someone and chat is joke.Left 2 star rather than 1 as drivers still ok just company gone to pot
