Product has arrived without problem, but when originally ordering I was disappointed to find that the smallest size capsules were no longer available. The smallest which I have had to order are marger than ideally suit our needs for tablets for our cats but will have to do.

The online claim process is good and the quick acknowledgement other claim and reimbursement confirmation is good. On a more general observation, I think it disgraceful that when supplementary health products are prescribed by the vet, these are not reimbursed
Rather a long delay for delivery although an email was received saying there were some problems.

Given I live abroad, friend posting item has not yet arrived but I was not satisfied when courier delivering it attached photo showing he/she had just 'stuffed' it in the letterbox where it could easily have been stolen.It should have been handed to the occupier.

I echo everybody else's comments - ordered an item in July, have now sent upwards of 35 emails receiving usual excuses _ it has been dispatched, will check with fulfilment team, will contact management etc when I have demanded a refund. Luckily not a vast sum lost but would love a address to get the police onto them. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THESE CROOKS. Assume they are in Canada as that is where bank payment received.
Very helpful with arranging delivery to an address other than my own. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. A very competitive price for the item I required.
Our parcel arrived today in France without any problem. Would have no hesitation in recommending the company to use again, friendly service a welcome pleasure.
