AWFUL! Avoid at all costs! I ordered a tree a few weeks ago and what was delivered was nothing like what was advertised. It was also broken in a few areas so I went into the debenhams website and realised it was an independent retailer. Little did I know it was a scam company and all emails have been ignored. Debenhams cannot allow this to happen!! I feel sorry for all these people awaiting a refund. I will never buy from Debenhams again as it runs the risk of using fraudulent companies like this one. Very disappointing and they should be ashamed taking people's money
Review of Millie's Cookies
I've been ordering large cookies every year for Birthdays and the most recent one, this week was awful. It crumbled away in our hands, tasted very dry and hardly had any chocolate chips in it. I am not sure what changes you have made but I won't be ordering again.

Review of Sofology
I have sent in two complaints to Sofology and not one has been responded to. We bought two sofas and a chair at the beginning of the year. On arrival one arm was scuffed and two buttons were hanging off. Still to this day we receive messages saying lost in transit (what a load of crap) these sofas cost us a fortune and I am really disappointed with their service so far.

Highly recommend Quatropi. We ordered 2x swing chairs on the Sunday and they were delivered 4 days later. Amazing service and the delivery driver was really helpful.
The swing chairs are comfy and we love them.
